“This is an old recipe from my mother-in-law, Lillian. I love that it is in her handwriting. Really yummy frozen dessert.”

INGREDIENTS

3/4 cup Milk, scalded
28-30 Marshmallows
2 cups Mashed Peaches
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1 1/2 cup Cool Whip

directions

1. Add marshmallows to scalded milk and stir until melted. Cool, but not until thickened. Set aside.
2. In a mixing bowl, mix together mashed peaches and lemon juice to peaches to keep from discoloring.
3. Fold in peaches and cool whip into marshmallow mixture.
4. Pour into 8″x8″ pan
5. Freeze
6. Cut into squares and serve with fresh, sliced peaches on top.
