Initial Consultation
We’re so glad you’ve chosen to move forward. Your experienced, Ohio-certified landscape designer will come to you for this one-hour consult that covers walking your space, priorities, questions, expectations, budget, creative vision and recommendations. Your $200 consultation fee will be credited to your Rhoads’ landscape install.

plan review
Let’s get together in the garden center or meet at your home to review the plans, written estimate and project rendering. Any and all decision makers should join us at this important stage to ask questions, give feedback and approve moving forward.
step three
project kick-off
Let’s get started! A 25% deposit is required to begin your project and can be made in person or via our secure online project portal. Your project manager will confirm materials, start date and timeline.
